Tim’s Ford MTSA
April 12th Tournament Rules
1. Tournament hours will be from AM safe light (to be determined at Captain’s Meeting at Holiday Landing Marina 7 PM, April 11, 2008)
to 6 PM
2. Each boat will be allowed to weigh 2 fish with the combined highest weight to win. Fish must be presented in good condition ie., pink gills, clear eyes.
3. Largest single fish wins all ties. A coin flip wins ties of four identical fish.
4. All protests to be accompanied by $100.00 cash bond, refundable if protest is upheld. Decision of the tournament judges is final.
5. Tournament waters are all encompassing waters of Tim’s Ford Lake from the Estill Springs Bridge to the Tim’s Ford Dam.
6. In order to be eligible to win, boats must be checked in at the Holiday Landing no wake zone by 6 pm, April 12, 2008. The official clock is cell phone or GPS time.
7. Entry fees of $150.00 per boat must be paid in cash prior to start of tournament.
8. There will be an optional $25.00 single big fish, winner-take-all Tournament within a Tournament. (TWT) Must be entered in overall Tourney to enter.
9. All anglers must fish from a boat. No bank fishing.
10. All TWRA rules related to fishing apply and must be upheld.
11. Bonus of $100 to the angler that brings in the biggest LIVE fish.
(No other additional money necessary to be eligible for this bonus.)
Tournament Pay-Out
1 place for every 5 boats up to 3 places
10% withheld for MTSA fish off/conservation fund
